Five stars for having to deal with people like Nick. I'm so sorry that some people are too stupid to realize that not everything that happens at the DMV is your fault and that you are all doing your best.
I've not always had the best experiences with the DMV especially Tazewell Va but NEVER have I had any problems in Lebanon. They're nice and try to help you and explain what needs to be done even if they can't do it for you that day. Tazewell would just dismiss me without trying to help me. So I recommend Lebanon for any need you can't handle on line.
