I would not even give 1 star of i didn't have to. They definatly do not stand by Virginia's lemon law, and what we purchased ended up being complete junk and had to eventually go and buy another vehicle exactly 24days after buying from B&B Auto. Defiantly a horrible experience.
So my father went over to this place earlier today to test drive a vehicle because his old beat up work Truck has had it, these people had the audacity to turn him away from test driving a vehicle because he pulled up in a work Truck with a coal mining uniform on? Maybe if he would have pulled up in his Tahoe he they may have let him test drive something... told him to come back another time and they may let him drive it...not to mention he pays cash for everything ,vehicles and not to mention their new beach home in calabash..
You all are freaking jokes, remember coal miners are who keep you in business..don't judge a book by its cover
